Marmalades Café Restaurant & Produce Store
When Jodi Morrison and Paul Russon purchased Marmalades in Yea, in early 2003, they inherited a little piece of Victoria's history. Marmalades has been a café since 1986, but for a century before that the heritage listed building was the hub of Yea as Purcell's General Store. Jodi's gourmet cuisine has breathed new life into Marmalades' country atmosphere. The restaurant showcases local produce, wine, art and craft, promoting a 'taste of Yea' to tourists heading to Mt Buller, Lake Eildon or Murrindindi. And it's still a local meeting place, because tradition is one of the things that makes Marmalades a special experience.
