Holmesglen Institute of TAFE
Holmesglen Institute of TAFE is a key provider of hospitality and tourism training in Victoria. Offering 30 courses to more than 2000 students, Holmesglen's Hospitality and Tourism Centre is committed to providing students with first-class programs in modern facilities. Central to Holmesglen's success over the past year has been rapid growth, underpinned by programs delivered in outstanding, recently built on-campus facilities and innovative programs with industry. Holmesglen has developed strong training partnerships with major hotels across Melbourne. Through its Sensation Tasting program, Holmesglen has linked the tourism industry in Melbourne with regional Victoria. This program culminated in the Institute winning the Bronze medal at the national Tasting Australia Lifestyle Channel Australian Regional Culinary Competition in October 2003.
