Geelong Visitor Information Centres
The Geelong Visitor Information Service, managed by Geelong Otway Tourism, comprises two accredited centres and two information booths. It has set new benchmarks in the provision of visitor information by embracing a customer-focused, sustainable business approach - a policy of continuous improvement demonstrated through excellence in customer service training, state-of-the-art buildings and information displays, and use of new technology to better meet customer needs. The delivery of our visitor information service is supported by the involvement of an enthusiastic team of 130 dedicated volunteers.
