The Detours Travel Show on Joy Melbourne 94.9FM is a weekly one hour radio program that takes you away every Saturday from 12 noon. Profiling Australian and International destinations, with a regular feature on Victorian product, Detours delivers content to suit all budgets and interests; from luxury and adventure travel, to volunteer work and travelling with pets. Presented, produced and hosted entirely by four unpaid volunteers, Detours is a unique tourism media product. As Australia's first gay and lesbian radio station, Joy Melbourne is committed to providing a voice for these diverse communities, enabling freedom of expression, breaking down of isolation, and celebration of our culture, achievements and pride.
