NMIT’s Tourism Department is committed to providing
a learning environment that offers real opportunities
to gain relevant experience in the tourism industry. We
encourage our students to visit tourism organisations,
new destinations, tourist attractions and to experience
all this as a travel professional.
All of our trainers have a passion for travel and
tourism. They come from a broad cross-section of the
tourism industry and have years of experience as well
as training and teaching qualifications.
We work closely with industry to enhance our clients’
learning opportunities. This results in real projects
with tourism organisations and employers throughout
Australia.
Our clients graduate with the confidence, knowledge,
skills and experience required to become a member of
the travel and tourism industry.
