Tahbilk Wetlands Café & Reserve

Established in 1860 Tahbilk is one of Australia’s most beautiful and historic wineries – you can “step back in time” with the Cellar Yard and surrounding Winery buildings not too unchanged from their original state. In August, 2005, this experience was complemented with the opening of the Tahbilk Wetlands & Wildlife Reserve and Wetlands Café.
