The Latrobe Visitor Information Centre is proud to be Level 1 Accredited and participate in a national wide scheme. While underpinning the role of the Tourism and Events units, our ultimate goal is to create an experience for visitors that surpass expectations resulting in an increased length of stay or a return visit. Promoting the local tourism industry, the VIC has built strong relationships and actively promotes and supports business development. Ongoing training is provided to staff and volunteers to maintain updated product knowledge and quality customer service. Our personal delivery, knowledge and passion make our service exceptional.
