Koorie Heritage Trust Inc
Learn about 60,000 years of heritage from the Indigenous people who experienced it. The richness, diversity and beauty of the Indigenous people of south-eastern Australia can be discovered at the Koorie Heritage Trust Cultural Centre. An interactive sound and visual Permanent Exhibition traces the history of the oldest living culture in the world. Feel a possum skin cloak and traditional artefacts. Four galleries showcase the distinctive art of Aboriginal Victoria. Visitors can purchase authentic Koori artworks, souvenirs and gifts. Personally guided tours available with Koorie Cultural Officers. Entry is by donation with the Centre being open daily from 10am to 4pm.
