Heathcote Wine & Food Festival
Over 30 artisan winemakers assemble in Heathcote to show some of the most elegant and exciting wines in the country. The winemakers of Heathcote are passionate about their wines, and about their region; its ancient soils and distinctive terrior give rise to wines, particularly Shiraz, of great intensity, power and character. Many of these rare and exclusive wines are available to all wine lovers at the Festival, along with other Heathcote varieties, giving visitors the opportunity to sample and discuss them with their winemaker. The festival ignites Heathcote, with local restaurants and accommodation houses overflowing with visitors.
