Mornington Peninsula Tourism is the peak regional tourism body responsible for providing quality Level One accredited visitor services that maximise visitor satisfaction. Mornington Peninsula Tourism markets the Peninsula co-operatively with the local tourism industry. The organisation embraces a holistic approach to tourism services – coordinating visitor services, industry development, professionalism and strategic co-operative marketing from the one location, the Peninsula Visitor Information Centre. This highly visible ‘one stop shop’ enables visitor services and marketing staff to deal effectively with members and visitors, while also building skills, cooperation and a ‘big picture’ vision.
