Ballarat Visitor Information Centre
The Ballarat Visitor Information Centre is a level one accredited visitor information centre, staffed by volunteers and staff who are not only passionate about Ballarat, but are committed to providing quality customer service in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Servicing more than 194,000 visitors in the past year, the VIC is not only an information dissemination point, but also provides services such as an accommodation booking service for Ballarat and beyond, a free visitor shuttle bus, internet kiosk, bicycles for hire and a range of visitor passes for sale. These all ensure that Ballarat's visitors have an experience to remember.
