Industry Reference Group
The key role and responsibility of the VTA Industry Reference Group is to provide guidance on the direction and growth of the VTA and to encourage industry leaders from all sectors to actively embrace the VTA.
The roles and responsibility of the VTA Industry Reference Group are:
- To provide feedback and guidance on the direction and growth of the VTA each year and its long term strategy;
- To provide feedback on criteria, categories and questions for the VTA;
- To identify and encourage industry leaders from all sectors to actively embrace the VTA;
- To utilise industry networks to promote the VTA;
- To promote and foster a culture of acceptance and support for the VTA;
- To provide advice on potential judges for consideration.
- To make recommendations for future mentors and judges.
- To be open to the opportunity of being invited onto the Awards Judging Panel; and
- To actively participate in the group, by attending two meetings a year, or nominating another representative from the sector.
