The Geelong Visitor Information Service, managed by Geelong Otway Tourism, includes two accredited Visitor Information Centres and two Information Booths. The service has a wide range of complementary information services, including stands at major events and conferences, Walking Tours, and Meet and Greet services for large groups.

Through a policy of continuous improvement, it has set new benchmarks in the provision of visitor information, encompassing customer service training, Occupational Health & Safety, and the use of new technology.

The delivery of the Geelong Visitor Information Service is supported by the involvement of a team of 130 dedicated volunteers.
